Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. announced several recent promotions. John Roberts, national sales manager, was promoted to the position of vice president domestic sales. Roberts joined the company in 1992 as the Western regional manager.

Charles White, marketing manager, was promoted to vice president marketing. White has been with Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. since 1982 and has held several titles in marketing. Mario Stan, marketing analyst, will perform a duel role as marketing analyst and manager Canadian operations. Stan came to the company in 1982 from Case Western Reserve University.
