expanded its board of directors. Frank Finkel has become CEO and chairman of
the board. He formerly held the title of president and chief operating officer,
a position that will be assumed by David Finkel, who previously served as
executive vice president. Former Chairman and CEO Irving Finkel, will become
Chairman Emeritus.
