Two of the featured speakers on “green” at the convention will be “Hot Rod” Rohr, radiant expert, and his wife Ellen Rohr, an HVAC small business consultant and columnist in Plumbing & Mechanical magazine. Hot Rod will share some of his personal experiences with the planning and installation of radiant systems. He will also bring the “green” into his presentation by showing attendees how to integrate solar into their systems as well as other alternative fuels such as wood and biomass.
For Ellen Rohr’s part of the seminar, she will show attendees ways that companies can build business by getting their customers interested in upgrading their equipment for greater efficiency. All companies should be able to explain to their customers how equipment upgrades can save them money through reduced fuel costs and also make less of an impact on the environment.
