Nearly 1,000 attendees attended the three-day REX trade show in Schaumburg, IL, in August. The “RPA Green Team,” led by John Sigenthaler and Robert Bean, addressed the theme of “green heat.” A life-size cutout of the two men in superhero garb was displayed on the show floor. The event included a revised Radiant Precision School, seminars on green topics, solar and geothermal, condensing boilers and electric solutions, and the REX trade show, which featured booths from 73 exhibitors and a new product exhibit. Robert Bean, Mike Chiles, Clayton Cole, Lawrence Drake, Ted Lowe, Robert “Hot Rod” Rohr, John Siegenthaler and David Springer were inducted into the Radiant Hall of Fame.
