Interline Brands (Jacksonville, FL), a distributor and direct marketer of maintenance, repair and operations products, has acquired Eagle Maintenance Supply, a $17 million distributor of janitorial and sanitary supplies to the institutional marketplace. This is expected to strengthen Interline’s market position in the Northeast from Washington, DC, to Philadelphia, according to Michael Grebe, Interline’s chairman/CEO.
