Tyco Flow Control opened a 42,000-sq.-ft. service and repair center in Pasadena, TX, on July 15. The new facility will provide all service and repair operations previously performed at the Pasadena distribution center. This expansion allows TFC to continue providing ongoing service for pressure relief valves and tank vents, and also integrates its field service, quarter-turn, automation and control valve repair capabilities. Some of the square footage will be used for two new testing stands capable of testing valves up to 30 inches and for additional machining capabilities.
