North American Technician Excellence (NATE) held its ninth annual Certified Technician Competition in Atlanta during Comfortech 2008. Gary Hodges, service manager at Carthage Heating & Cooling (Carthage, MS) won first place by achieving the best combined score from a series of timed, hands-on events simulating real-world heating and cooling challenges.
