Embassy Group Announces New Hire
Mike Lepley joins Embassy, will later succeed Wally Gumm.
Embassy Group Ltd ., a buying group for plumbing, PVF and HVAC independent wholesalers, has hired Mike Lepley as director of business development effective July 1, 2011.
Lepley is director of HVACR with KFLEX USA. He has 25 years of sales and management experience and has spent 15 years in plumbing/HVAC/refrigeration.
Initially Lepley will focus on expanding Embassy’s HVACR division, but he is also being groomed to evolve into the position of president at the end of 2012 when current president Wally Gumm plans to retire.
