Spartan Tool LLC named Keith Nesky to the newly created position of vice president of sales, North America. Formerly he was vice president, sales, for the northeast U.S. for Barnes Distribution. Before that he was vice president, sales, for Wurth USA. Spartan Tool is a sewer and drain cleaning equipment manufacturer for professional users in the North American market.
