North American Technician Excellence named Raymond Isaac, president of Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning chairman of its 2008-2009 Board of Trustees.

North American Technician Excellence named Raymond Isaac, president of Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning (Rochester, NY) chairman of its 2008-2009 Board of Trustees. He is also current chairman of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America.

Under his leadership, Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning launched Isaac University - a comprehensive four-year continuing HVACR training program for all Isaac employees. Isaac University received national accreditation from the Partnership for Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Accreditation (PAHRA), the HVACR industry's governing body when it comes to education. All Isaac field technicians are required to earn - and maintain - multiple NATE credentials.

In addition to Isaac, three officers have been named to the board: Gary Daniels, CEO and president of Johnstone Supply and Tom Gregory, Dean of Pennsylvania College of Technology, will be vice-chairs; and Carole Poindexter from Baker Distributing has been named secretary-treasurer.
