The Unified Group will be hosting a controls training class for its members March 15-18 in Nashville, TN.
Attendees will learn about basic control theory, troubleshooting peripheral equipment, input-output troubleshooting, valve sizing, actuators, and signal generator operation. “Our goal with this training session is help to eliminate the “fear factor” and intimidation involved when a technician views a control panel,” said Julie Bishop, executive director. “This session, like all of our meetings, provides a great opportunity for our members to share and learn from each other’s real world experience.”
The three-day class will be geared toward the technician who has limited to no controls experience, but who is eager to learn more.
