Baker Distributing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Watsco. Founded in 1986, AC&H - which operates from six locations in Utah and serves more than 500 air conditioning and heating
contractors - will continue to do business as Air Conditioning & Heating Supply and be managed by Floyd Siddoway and its existing management team.

Baker operates six distribution hubs in Jacksonville, FL; Denton, TX; Tracy, CA; Baton Rouge, LA; Memphis, TN; and Wilmington, MA. Baker also currently operates service centers throughout the United States, including facilities in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Virginia.
“Our business is based on customer service and having the products customers need when they need them,” Brian Daniel, president of Wilmington Winnelson, said in a statement. He is a 25-year veteran of the plumbing supply wholesale business in North Carolina. He noted that he and his associates have a combined 60 years of experience in the business and know the local area market.
