Robert “Bob” Johnson, hydronics salesman at Metropolitan Pipe & Supply (Cambridge, MA) died Jan. 28. He spent more than 15 years there and was the “go-to guy” for all heating-related questions. Before that, he worked for 15 years at Jomar Distributors. He also was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during Viet Nam.

Johnson was a committed employee and an exceptional teacher, the company said. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
