The ASA Education Foundation introduced itsEssentials of Profitable Warehouse Operationscertificate course to ASA members through a series of one-day seminars in March. In collaboration with ASA regional affiliates NCWA and MwDA, courses were held in Findlay, OH; Bloomington, MN; and Downers Grove, IL, all led by Jason Bader of The Distribution Team (pictured).
The most frequently mentioned warehouse concerns identified by participants were inventory controls, working with short staff, and communication with sales.
