YC Supply is part of York Corrugating, which was established in 1902. YC Supply division is a plumbing, heating and air conditioning wholesaler with locations in York, Harrisburg, Shrewsbury and Gettysburg. The acquisition is expected to close in October 2010. York Corrugating intends to continue to own and operate its YC Precision Fabrication division, which specializes in metal fabrication, as well as to continue to distribute industrial products.
Founded in 1922, APR Supply is a wholesale distributor of HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, heating products and supplies, serving central and eastern Pennsylvania. The 22-branch, family-run business has stated its goal to double in size every five years through a combination of organic growth, new markets and acquisitions.
