ValvTechnologies recently closed on the purchase of a warehouse on adjacent property for a future expansion that’s not yet determined. The space, formerly owned by a printing and supply company, includes offices and more than 20,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space. Including this, ValvTechnologies’ total Houston manufacturing facilities now exceeds 125,000 sq. ft. on more than 20 acres of land.
