Bell & Gossett introduces a new 1- to 2-inch 3DV Triple Duty Valve that performs all of the functions of three valves that are normally required to balance systems for smaller pump applications. By incorporating three valves in one, the new valve saves significant money in material costs and minimizes installation time. The new valve includes a calibrated balance valve, a spring-loaded check valve and a shutoff valve. It meets ASHRAE 90.1 requirements for energy-efficient operation and also is compliant with the National Energy Building Code Standards.
