M-Power Dual-Flush Valves from Moen Commercial use advanced electronics to dramatically reduce water consumption and limit expenses. If the user is in range for up to 60 seconds, a reduced 1.0 gallon flush is used. After 60 seconds, a full 1.6 gallon flush is activated.
