Caleffi’s GeoCal manifold offers an alternate method for piping parallel earth loops, bringing all circuits to a common manifold station without labor-intensive fusion welding, while providing significant installation, commissioning and operational advantages. QuickSetter balancing valves and shutoff ball valves provide individual circuit isolation and balancing leading to greater system efficiency. Shutoff ball valves on the return manifold simplify individual circuit filling and purging while minimizing purge pump size. GeoGrip couplings connect to polyethylene piping, either directly to the manifold or to the balancing valves and shutoff valves, making the ground earth-loop installation completely free of fusion joints.
