Gem Fabrication will continue to operate under its current name as LIP’s 16th branch and 17th location. Other branches include Albany, Garden City, Maspeth and Brooklyn, N.Y.; Quincy, Mass.; Salem N.H.; Providence, R.I.; Westville and Lyndhurst, N.J.; Glen Burnie, Md. and Windsor, Conn. LIP also operates Albany Pipe and Nipple in Albany, N.Y.; Brecco Corp. in Phoenix, Ariz.; as well as Lansdale International and National Grooved of America in Westville, N.J.
LIP has been in business for more than 38 years and has grown into one of the largest fire sprinkler fabricators and distributors on the East coast. With the acquisition of Gem Fabrication, the company also gains the addition of its mechanical and industrial fabrication capabilities.
