Michigan-based Quality Pipe Products acquired the assets of New Jersey-based Standard Nipple Works – now named Standard Pipe Products. The new company will now have a larger offering of domestic nipples manufactured from stainless steel, seamless and welded pipe for a complete range of pipe fittings. Quality Pipe Products specializes in manufacturing and custom fabrication of pipe nipples made from all metals, both domestic and imported.
Liverpool, N.Y.-based American Granby acquired Canadian company CB Supplies and its affiliates. The assets include Vanguard Pipe and Fittings, Canfit Industries, Canip Industries and Seymour Industries, which all operate throughout Canada.
