Hansgrohe North America announced it hired Luky “Jade” Ng as design studio manager at Axor NYC. Ng brings nearly eight years of experience in design and plumbing. Her knowledge, industry relations and showroom management skills make her an asset to the Axor studio.

In her role, she oversees the day-to-day management of the studio, assists architects, designers and consumers, and provides design consultations and personalized specifications. She’ll promote Axor through planning events, nurturing client relationships and forging new ones. Her team is led by National Business Development Manager Jen Bruno.
In related news, Hansgrohe N.A. National Sales Manager Cindy Welsh has stepped down after 14 years of service. Sharon Murray, Hansgrohe N.A. national sales manager, projects and hospitality, will fill in until the company hires a replacement.
