MSC Holdings, parent company of Morrison Supply Co., has acquired the assets of Denver-based Wholesale Specialties Inc. As one of the largest plumbing supply businesses in the Denver and surrounding markets, Wholesale Specialties will continue to operate under its brand name and existing management, including Ron, Sandy, Bobby and Bryan.
