Hardware Holdings, an omni-channel distributor of home and hardware products, recently announced it has acquired Moody, Ala.-based plumbing specialty products distributor Jones Stephens Corp.

Under the Hardware Holdings umbrella, Jones Stephens joins HBC Home & Hardware Products and Handy Hardware. Jones Stephens will continue to operate out of its current Moody and Pottsville, Pa. facilities and the management team will remain in place.

 “Jones Stephens’ deep plumbing category focus is a tremendous complement to our Aqua Plumb plumbing products offering and will enhance the value we can provide our retail partners in the hardware and general merchandise trades,” Hardware Holdings CEO Donald C. Devine said.
