Matco-Norca’s John C. Kenward passes away

Kenward passed away Nov. 26, 2014 at the age of 52.

Kenward served as the southern region manager for Matco-Norca for the past seven years.


John C. Kenwardof Houston, Texas, passed away on Nov. 26, 2014, peacefully at home after an 11-month battle with cancer. He was 52.
Kenward was born in Lacrosse, Wis., the third of four children, and grew up in Kansas City, Mo. After graduating from school he moved with a group of friends to Houston and began working as a welder for Welded Fittings.
A few years later, Kenward joined Calsak Corp., which would be acquired by Matco-Norca in 1994. Kenward served as the southern region manager for Matco-Norca for the past seven years. He loved the PVF business and the people in it.
Kenward was an instrumental part of the Sound Ministry at his church, Our Savior Lutheran. He was a devoted husband, father of two sons, grandfather, son, brother and friend to all.
