Ten Hajoca locations throughout Pennsylvania recently brought customers together for the first annual Rheem/ Ruuddealer meeting in Hershey, Pa.

More than 140 customers attended the training. Joining them were employees from the Harrisburg, York, Conestoga, Lebanon and Lancaster, Weinstein Lancaster, Penstan Altoona, Indiana, Johnstown, Ebensburg and Somerset Hajoca locations.

Throughout the afternoon presentations were given by Matt McLaughlin (Rheem), John Witeman (Rheem Water Heaters), Joel Sack and Lou Vannicolo (Rheem). Topics included an overview of Rheem/Ruud’s HVAC and Water Heaters divisions, the new HVAC outdoor platform, a review of Rheem’s furnace and econet product offerings, as well as marketing programs available to the customer.

Customers also participated in three breakout sessions where they were exposed to the individual products in a hands-on environment.

Attendees were treated to lunch, dinner and cocktails. Customer giveaways included Hershey Entertainment gift cards, Milwaukee tools and Rheem apparel. Because of the event’s success, Hajoca said it is planning to make it an annual event.
