MTI Baths recently announced the appointment of Randy Maner to chief financial officer. Maner brings more than 25 years of institutional financial advisory experience, including 20 years in investment banking primarily with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and four years as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Focusing on mergers, acquisitions and capital raise transactions in the consumer/retail and specialty manufacturing sectors, Maner has completed deals totaling more than $3 billion in value for family/entrepreneur-owned businesses, publicly traded companies and portfolio companies of private equity firms.
Maner also serves on the Board of Directors and head of the Finance Committee of La Amistad, a non-profit after-school tutoring and mentoring program for Latino students and their families in Atlanta that is successfully expanding to multiple neighborhoods throughout the city.
“We are excited to welcome Randy to the MTI team,” stated Russell Adams, MTI Baths’ president. “He’s an accomplished executive who brings with him a broad background and years of experience. Randy will be an integral part of the MTI team and make a significant contribution in setting the strategic direction for the future, including both organic and acquisition growth strategies.”
In addition to managing the financial and administrative functions of MTI Baths, Maner also serves on MTI’s Executive Committee.
