Val-Matic announced president and CEO Ted J. Makowanwill be retiring as of April 6 but will continue to serve on the Val-Matic Board of Directors. Makowan founded the company with Andy Nuterin Chicago in 1966 and will be retiring on the 50th anniversary of the company’s beginning.
