Ismael Grinberg, founder of industrial PVF master distributor Val-Fit, died in Mexico City in early June at the age of 91. Grinberg had more than 70 years of experience in the PVF markets, founding many companies along the way including Tuvansa and Val-Fit. Known by his family and close friends as “Chief,” Grinberg is survived by his wife, three sons, a daughter, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. “His reputation was unmatched. He always was known as a hard-working, charitable, ethical and dignified person. He was deeply loved and respected,” his family said.
