Sharpe cryogenic ball valves are designed for extreme low temperatures, incorporating extended bonnets to ensure stem-sealing integrity. An extended one-piece cast-bonnet and extended stem distances stem seals from cryogenic fluids, preventing seizing. The bonnet extension length is in accordance with BS 6364 and wall thickness complies with ASME B16.34. The stem-to-ball contact area is wider and larger, allowing the valve to be used for higher torque applications. Special seat materials for extreme low-temperature fluids, highly polished ball and internals ensure valve sealing capabilities. Sizes range from 1/4” to 4” with a variety of end connections available.
