Ferguson Enterprises recently announced it has acquired The Plumbing Source in a stock transaction completed Oct. 24.

The Plumbing Source is a single-location plumbing supplier serving Honolulu, Hawaii and has 19 associates. It will continue to operate as The Plumbing Source, complementing Ferguson’s existing four locations.

“The Plumbing Source is known in the local market for its knowledgeable associates who go the extra mile to help their customers,” Ferguson CEO Frank Roach said. “We share the same customer-service philosophy and look forward to continuing the strong relationships they have built.”
