Russell Javorsky celebrated his 50th anniversary with General Pipe Cleaners in late August. He started with the company at age 17. Javorsky is the company’s plant foreman, a position he’s held since 1992. “People ask me how I could work at one place so long,” he said. “I tell them when you find a good company you stick with it.”
