Viega moved production of PEX resin used in the manufacturing of its ViegaPEX Ultra tubing for plumbing systems to its McPherson, Kan., manufacturing and distribution center. In other Viega news, the company announced production of its Viega MegasPress and MegaPressG carbon-steel press fittings has started at the McPherson facility. The first Viega MegaPress forming cell is producing the first of Viega’s metal products in the U.S.
