As the second Donald Trump Administration begins, industries are cautious due to tariff uncertainty impacting transportation, diesel prices, and labor costs. Air freight demand may slow due to low consumer confidence, according to Ceva Logistics 2025. While capacity is rising, concerns about oversupply could lead to carrier adjustments or a drop in freight rates.

From meetings with leadership on Capitol Hill to engaging with the President’s team, the voice of the PHCP/PVF industry was well heard. Issues making the rounds in Washington included the next steps with the Continuing Resolution, budget reconciliation, tax issues, as well as spending.

According to local news reports, the massive break affected nearly 400 homes. Located at 721 Riverview Avenue, Elkhart, Indiana, the 8,845-square-foot building was completely renovated beginning in 2023. The museum portion of the space is 3,254 square feet, and additional space in the building will be used as a training area for customers, distributors, and NIBCO associates. 

The new facility will include an inside and outside sales team, will-call customer sales counter and warehouse with ample space for indoor pipe storage served by an overhead crane and outdoor storage as well.
