Little Giant Pump Co. has added a patent pending, two horsepower submersible grinder pump, model GP to its line. The new pump incorporates a heavy-duty, capacitor-start, capacitor-run motor with upper and lower single row ball bearings, and a short shaft design to minimize shaft deflection, improve grinding, and help maintain the sharpness of the cutters. Its patent pending anti-roping design features self-aligning cutters.
JMF PEX fittings are used to join, route and cap water service and radiant heat tubing. The heavy brass fittings conform to ASTM standards and are CSA, NSF-61 and IAPMO certified. They all adapt to the crimp ring connecting method often used by PEX manufacturers, the company said.

Glentronics introduced the PHCC Pro Series-branded dual float switch and monitoring control system to provide a more reliable activation method for sump pumps. The dual float assembly contains two redundant floats mounted in a rigid protective cage. The monitoring controller alerts the user with a light and alarm when problems are detected. It activates when the power is out or when the float has been raised continuously for 10 minutes.
NTF (Non Touch Future) offers its line of EyeGiene “smart sensor” technology products to reduce exposure to bacteria in public restrooms.
The EyeGiene self-cleaning toilet seat rotates through a cleaning channel that cleans, disinfects and dries the seat so it is ready for the next user in 10 seconds. The seat operates on one 12 volt rechargeable battery and costs less than 2 cents per use, the company said.
