Irr Supply Centers' 160-year success story is a testament to the power of a supportive culture. Providing excellent benefits and opportunities for employees, the company has grown from a one-man operation to 34 locations and 325 employees.

I thought it would be helpful to reach out to multiple mechanical contractors and request their feedback on suppliers, as well as a reflection on the challenges they faced during the pandemic.

During the meeting, AD planned for attendees to visit Capitol Hill and meet their elected leaders in partnership with the American Supply Association (ASA), giving owner/members the opportunity to gather with key staff to voice what is important to their businesses and the industry. 

The First Companies Central Distribution Center will begin construction in April 2024 with operations to begin during the first quarter of 2025. 

Reger will replace Markus Brettschneider, who was recently appointed as the new Global CEO for Viega Group, effective September 2024.

The AHR Expo was held in Chicago, attracting over 48,000 attendees and 1,875 exhibitors. The show featured the latest industry offerings, including new products, technology, skill learning, and demonstrations. The event utilized 527,520 square feet of space for booth displays.

Women make up only 29.5% of all salespeople and about 29% of the manufacturing workforce in the U.S. PHCP-PVF industry is still male-dominated, but efforts are being made to achieve better representation and diversity. It's important to engage and empower employees to grow their careers.
