The locations, formerly Plumbers Equipment Company — a division of the Chicago-based Crawford Supply, feature large sales areas to service local HVAC, plumbing and hydronics contractors as well as kitchen and bath showrooms.

With this acquisition, the company plans to take the opportunity to create a more formal commercial products offering.
