GF Building Flow Solutions Americas (formerly Uponor North America), a global provider of Uponor-branded products, has launched its new Uponor ChlorFIT Schedule 80 Corzan CPVC (Uponor ChlorFIT), marking the largest portfolio expansion in the company’s history.
The expansion includes a new 23,000-square-foot truck loading and unloading facility with additional warehousing space designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance the experience for truck drivers and the warehouse team.
Uponor PP-RCT mechanical pipe is the lightweight, durable, sustainable solution for faster, safer, easier designing and installing of commercial hydronic cooling applications.
Uponor began offering PP-RCT pipe and fittings in 2020 with more than 300 parts for mechanical piping in sizes from ½” to 12″ and cold potable piping in sizes from ½” to 8″.
The division of VPC Global closed on the purchase of buildings and land with rail access on May 4 and will begin installing extrusion lines as soon as possible. The plan is to replicate the company's Kingman, Arizonia, facility and start production in 60 days.

Producer prices for HDPE pipe were up 4.6% M/M (up 8.1% last month) and were up 61.5% Y/Y (up 58.1% Y/Y last month). Plastic pipe fittings and unions were up 2.6% M/M (up 6.3% last month) and were up 41.2% Y/Y (up 31.8% last month).
