Kevin Wheeler will transition to executive chairman of A. O. Smith Corporation, with Stephen Shafer succeeding him as president and chief executive officer.

Pat Casey and Warren Bean have been appointed to new roles within the company. 

Contractors can receive a $25 tool credit when they purchase an A. O. Smith standard gas or electric water heater and a $50 tool credit when they purchase an A. O. Smith heat pump water heater from participating wholesale partners.

Paulozza and Desai will assume the new roles on Jan. 1, 2025.

These new appointments are effective immediately and reflect the company’s commitment to its long-term growth strategy.

In her new role, Bloch will oversee business development, customer service, marketing communications and human resources. Bloch is the first woman to be named to NIBCO’s executive leadership team who is a nonfamily member.  

In this capacity, Rohr will lead the ideation, development and execution of Caleffi’s training platforms including the idronics design journal series, Coffee with Caleffi monthly webinars, Caleffi Academy field training and Ask Caleffi blog and podcasts.
