Helping children in Tanzania

In 2006, Eastern Cares partnered with Teleios Ministries and Mpeli and Neema Mwaisambe to open the Daily Bread Life Children’s Home in Iringa, Tanzania, making Eastern Industrial CEO Kip Miller and wife Kim Miller’s dream of building an orphanage come true. DBLCH has since provided a loving home and an education to more than 130 children, and has led to the creation of seven businesses that provide 49 jobs, as well as goods and services to the village.
