Zurn Industries announced an expansion with Stone-Drew/Ashe & Jones (SDAJ), a leading commercial plumbing sales agency, effective May 1. SDAJ will take over for Mechagents, which spans Zurn’s portfolio of finish plumbing, water safety and control, and drainage solutions, and has represented Elkay for 66 years. Together, Zurn and SDAJ will be positioned to grow market share across the Pacific Northwest to meet the needs of customers with an expanded portfolio.
“SDAJ is widely recognized as the Pacific Northwest’s leading manufactures representative in the Specified Commercial, Plumbing Mechanical, space,” said Donald Cormany, area sales manager for Zurn. “With agency roots dating back to the 1950s, SDAJ has built a following with the elite mechanical contractors in the region. The expanded partnership between Zurn and SDAJ helps merge contractor and wholesale relationships across the marketplace to create the service conduit required for new opportunities and growth potential throughout the region.”
SDAJ will become the sales representative for most of the Zurn portfolio, including Finish Plumbing, Drainage, Water Safety and Control as well as smart restroom solutions. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, SDAJ is a multi-line manufacturers’ representative organization that spans Washington, Oregon, Western Idaho and Alaska.
