ASA University is excited to announce its new upcoming training workshop, ASA-U Trainer’s Best Practice Forum, an in-person, two-day event to support ASA trainers and their ability to leverage best practices in training and development at their organization.
The ASA-U Trainer’s Best Practice Forum takes place Oct. 25-26 at the Lowes Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois. This forum is complimentary for any ASA member as part of their member benefits.
“The goal of this event is to create a program where trainers can come together, network and discuss topics that will help improve their own respective training programs,” said Taylor Kenney, vice president of ASA Education. “This exciting new program will connect you with your fellow industry training experts and share ideas, challenges and solutions that can make a lasting impact on training programs at your organization.”
Watch keynote presentations on timely topics in training, fueled by input directly from our trainer members. You’ll hear about some of the big topics in training that face our industry and learn from seasoned experts on how to navigate everyday challenges of training. Networking breaks throughout the workshop will provide the perfect opportunity to connect and debrief with your fellow attendees.
The program will also include best practices roundtable discussions that will facilitate conversations amongst attendees on topics important to their training success. Attendees will share ideas, pitfalls, advice and winning strategies in a peer-to-peer setting and walk away with actionable plans they can implement at their own organization.
To cap off the experience, a Q&A panel during the workshop will also open conversations among attendees, as we welcome several ASA members to take the stage and share their own training stories at their organization. Come prepared with your thought-provoking questions and find out how other trainers are addressing the challenges they face each day.
ASA University is excited to offer the next evolution in training excellence with our ASA-U Best Practice Trainer’s Forum. Be sure to join us this fall, as this impactful event won’t be one to miss!
