How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?
Eight years.
What drew you into the industry?
My father. Being 3rd generation, I was exposed to the industry at a young age.
What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?
The relationships that are formed along the way. In our age of technology we are fortunate to still be in a ‘people’ business.
What motivates you every day?
The desire to consistently put myself in a position to contribute to the health of our channel in the industry.
What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?
The PHCP-PVF industry has a perception of being old school, and in some ways it is, but the day-to-day moves extremely fast. Combine this with the opportunities for vertical career advancement and we are an appealing industry for the younger generation joining the workforce.
What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?
Hiring and retaining talent from outside the industry.
What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
I’m an avid reader. My last two reads were My Friends by Hisham Matar and Growth of the Soil by Knut Hamsun. For the non-fiction folks out there, I also recently enjoyed Agent Zigzag by Ben Macintyre.
