What is the most rewarding aspect of your career in PHCP-PVF?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career in the plumbing industry, has been the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Barry Company. Being part of an organization that champions education, and workforce development has allowed me to make a tangible difference—not just in my own business, but in the industry. Whether it’s mentoring the next generation of skilled professionals, advocating for industry standards, or collaborating with peers to solve challenges, I find great fulfillment in knowing that my work helps elevate and sustain trade for the future.

What do you wish more people understood/knew about the plumbing industry?

I wish more people understood just how essential the plumbing industry is to modern life. It’s not just about emergency repairs, it’s about ensuring clean water, sanitation, heating, and infrastructure that people rely on every day. The role of wholesale distributors like me is a critical part of that process, connecting contractors with the right products and solutions to meet ever-changing demands. There’s so much behind-the-scenes work that goes into keeping homes, businesses, and communities running efficiently, and I take pride in being part of an industry that makes such a lasting impact.
