Dear Industry Colleagues,
This year’s NetworkASA 2014 theme isAbility: Adapt, Grow, Succeed, which is consistent with ASA’s new branding and also with the positive direction our membership has taken the past few years.
As has been done over the last several events, we have once again developed a first-class industry gathering that incorporates a hard-hitting and concise agenda; at the same time minimizing attendees’ valuable time away from their businesses.
If you have been to NetworkASA within the last few years, you already know about the tremendous value. If you or any representatives from your firm have not been to NetworkASA recently, consider $14.5 billion in annual distributor sales is consistently represented. In addition to that, between NetworkASA 2010 and NetworkASA 2013, the number of wholesaler-distributor firms in attendance has nearly doubled.
Kicking off NetworkASA 2014 is the Bradford White & ASA opening reception. As far as educational programming, the ASA Education Foundation brings to you a wide variety of topics and opportunities, ranging from “Driving Distributor Sales Beyond Best Practices for Outselling Your Competition” to “Business Valuation: Is Your Business Worth What You Think It’s Worth?” Marketing guru Alex Goldfaynalso will be on hand to deliver our keynote presentation, which will provide attendees with new and innovative marketing ideas to take back to their respective companies. Alex’s ideas are proven revenue generators that have been utilized by firms in several different industries.
ITR Economics’ Alan Beaulieuwill provide his annual industry forecast, which debuted at NetworkASA 2012 as part of ASA’s overall industry forecasting program. This program has grown in popularity and annually is a standing-room-only event. Also increasingly popular are the wholesaler and vendor conference appointment one-on-one sessions and the IPD and Plumbing divisions’ open house receptions. New this year, industry guru Dr. Don McNeeleywill have a discussion with attendees on policies, politics, economics and the latest industry information.
For featured speakers, we have a jam-packed lineup that is sure to excite, educate and entertain. Fox NFL’s Jimmy Johnsonwill present at the A. O. Smith Future Trends Luncheon and former Seal Team Six leader Robert O’Neillis this year’s speaker at the Plumbing Industry Educational Forum and Breakfast, brought to you by Kohler.
Wednesday’s Weldbend IPD Breakfast speaker is none other than renowned television and media personality Regis Philbin. Regis will be bringing a special guest with him that will be kept secret until the event. We have been assured the surprise special guest will be “legendary.”
