AD recently was named 2015’s “HR Department of the Year” in the greater Philadelphia area by the HR Department of the Year Awards. Now in its 18th year, the awards recognize companies with human-resource departments of varying sizes who have demonstrated overall service excellence and impacted the success of their organizations.
