Marcone, a residential appliance parts distributor and portfolio company of Genstar Capital, announced it has acquired Professional Plumbing Group (PPG), a distributor of plumbing products for repair and remodel applications. PPG designs, manufactures, markets and distributes plumbing products. PPG’s portfolio includes products from two proprietary brands — Wolverine Brass and Speakman — as well as third-party products across all of the leading brands.
ProSource Supply has acquired Marion Davis, a plumbing, lighting and electrical supplier with two locations in Upstate, South Carolina. Marion Davis will be rebranded to ProSource Supply after a transition period.
Munch’s Supply a Chicagoland area-based heating, air conditioning and plumbing distributor, has acquired TML Supply and its 13 branches servicing the province of Ontario, Canada. This will expand Munch’s geographic footprint to 64 locations serving 16 U.S. states and one Canadian province.
Plumbing and Heating Wholesale (PHW) announced the acquisition of Sioux City, Iowa-based industrial supplier Wigman Co.
Wigman will initially continue to operate in their current location under the same name, plans will be made in the future to identify a new home for Wigman Co. and the industrial team.
