Founded in 1952, General Metals Mfg. & Supply Co. (General Metals) is a Phoenix, Arizona-based company engaged in the manufacturing, fabrication and wholesale distribution of HVAC equipment and products. 

 In total, the company has closed on eight acquisitions this fiscal year, ending July 31, 2024. Aggregate annualized revenues for all acquisitions this fiscal year is approximately $350 million.

Winsupply has acquired Meter Service and Supply Company, a single-location waterworks distribution company based in Memphis, Tennessee. 

The Macomb Group announced that it acquired the operations of Woodhill Supply Inc. Founded in 1958, Woodhill Supply is headquartered in Willoughby, Ohio, with a second branch located in Cleveland. 

In the near term, Premier Supply Group and its Degrees of Comfort showroom will operate under the current brand names. Rebranding to The Granite Group and Sink & Spout, the showroom arm of The Granite Group, is expected to take place later this year.

Ferguson has signed definitive purchase agreements to acquire Yorkwest Plumbing Supply and Grove Supply, and closed on the acquisition of Harway Appliances. These acquisitions have aggregate annualized revenues of approximately $220 million.

Electro Industries is a manufacturer of electric boilers, air-to-water heat pump technology, electric duct heaters and controls.
