The ASA Emerging Leaders Division’s EMERGE2024 national conference recently set a new attendance record with 240 registrants at the Westin Copley Place Boston, surpassing last year's 190 registrants in Savannah, Georgia.
In 2019, the American Supply Association (ASA) identified talent shortage as a critical issue in the PHCP/PVF industry. More than 31% of the industry’s workforce is over the age of 55, with almost 10% being 65 years old or older, indicating a significant increase since the 2015 study.
It was encouraging to see more than half the respondents report double-digit sales growth for April. All respondents overall reported median sales growth of 10.1% for April 2024 vs. 2023.

I’ve noticed that around this time of the year, employees start to become less motivated and productive. Aside from disciplining employees for wasting too much time talking about nonwork matters, what are positive solutions I can use to keep employees motivated?
