Steel prices have increased 91% in the past five months. 

NYMEX domestic hot-rolled coil steel prices were $715 per ton for November futures ($668 per ton in the last update).  

Pricing has remained stable.

Nickel prices have risen over the past 30 days to @$7.12 per lb. ($7.07 in the last update). 

The producer price index for copper tube and fittings was down -2.8% month-over-month (up 1.5% in the last update), but was up 2.2% year-over-year (up 9.8% Y/Y last month). 

Producer prices for HDPE pipe were up 3.3% M/M (up 3.4% last month) and were up 9.2% Y/Y (up 5.7% Y/Y last month). 

Valve prices, according to the Producer Price Index, were up 0.7% month-over-month in October (flat last month). 

Demand has increased as projects have released across vertical markets. 

We might see demand increase if COVID worries lift and travel starts to get back to 2019 levels.
